Vista Pools LLC has its registered office address at 304 South Jones Blvd, Suite 2933 Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “Vista Pools”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates www.vistapools.net (the “Website”). Our Short Message Service policy (“SMS Policy”) explains how we take the user’s consent and use SMS text messaging. Please read these SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) carefully. 

We are committed to adopting the best messaging practices, in compliance with various Text Message Laws including TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Communications Act of 1934, (as amended), the Federal Trade Commission Act and regulations and decisions adopted by the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission. 

By providing your phone number, you agree that Vista Pools may send you periodic SMS containing but not limited to important information, updates, security-related notifications, and special offers. 

SMS TERMS 

  1. You may opt-in or opt-out of receiving text messages at any time. 

  2. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by texting “STOP” to 702.675.8161   (“Opt out”). You may receive a follow-up message confirming your request to opt-out. If you elect to Opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from Vista Pools unless you re-subscribe to such services. 

  3. Send the word “HELP” to 702.675.8161  if you need any assistance. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply.

  4. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

  5. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to update your information with us if your mobile phone number changes and to let us know about it. 

  6. Data collected from you in connection with this SMS service may include your phone number, the name of your carrier, and the content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. This information may be used to contact you and provide the services you have requested from us. 

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES 

Vista Pools will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your wireless service provider. Please reach out to your wireless service provider if you have questions about your text messages or data plan.
